All Symposium sessions have been recorded and are available for on-demand viewing through a password-protected webpage.

On-demand access is provided free of charge to all registered on-site and online participants. Access details and a password to view the recordings will be sent directly to registered attendees.

For those who did not attend the Symposium, on-demand access is available for a fee:

• Regular fee: €100
• Reduced fee: €50
  The reduced fee applies to participants who reside and work in a low-income, lower-middle-income, or upper-middle-income country, according to the World Bank classification, as well as those from the following countries: Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, and the Slovak Republic.

Payment process
– Proceed to the payment page and select the applicable fee (normal or reduced), then proceed to the checkout.
– At the checkout page, complete the payment information and select the preferred payment method: credit/ debit card or bank transfer. At this page you may request an invoice to be issued in the name of a company; please ensure that you provide data for the invoice.
– After submitting your payment details, a confirmation email will be sent to you containing the details of your order and the selected payment method. 

Payment methods: Payment must be made in Euro (EUR).
The payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. 

Credit card payment: 
– Payment by debit/credit card via V-POS.
– Types of cards accepted: debit, credit and business cards Visa, Mastercard and bCard.
– Transactions are carried out using the MasterCard Identity Check and VISA Secure security programs.
– We do not store data on bank cards used for payment through the site.
– If it is necessary to return an amount paid by bank card, it will be refunded to the same card.

Bank transfer: 
Payments can be remitted directly to the bank account, which will be indicated in your payment order.
All bank transfer charges must be paid by the participant.

Invoice: 
If the payment order is not sufficient for your account purposes, you may request an invoice in the name of a company. 
To receive an invoice, please select this option in the payment form and provide data for the invoice issuing.

Access to the Recordings and E-Poster Library
Upon receipt of payment, access details will be sent to the email address provided during payment.
