Electronic posters
The Symposium will feature electronic posters (e-posters)
- E-poster is a stand-alone Power Point presentation, displayed on screens.
- The e-poster includes text, figures and images, just as in traditional Power Point presentations.
How to prepare e-poster?
- Poster should be made in Microsoft Power Point slide format (pptx).
- Set the page setup to “On-screen show (16:9)” or slide size to 25.4 cm x 14.29 cm.
- The first slide should contain the title of your paper, authors’ names, institution, city, country, and name and e-mail address of the presenting author.
- Next slides should contain Introduction, Purpose, Materials and Methods, Results, Conclusion and References.
- Use standard fonts, such as Arial, Helvetica, Times New Roman or similar.
- Use a minimum font size of 14 points.
- Use bullet points.
- All images and graphics should be integrated.
- Put a footer on each slide with the slide number.
- Use between 6 and 10 slides. Any extra slides will be removed.
- The maximum size for poster file is 10 MB. Larger files will not be accepted,

How to submit e-Poster?
- E-poster must be submitted through the online submission form by attaching it to your previously submitted abstract.
- To upload your e-poster, log in to your dashboard, select your abstract, click “Edit,” and add your pptx file under the “Attachment” section.
- Save the change by clicking the “Submit” button at the top of the page.
- The deadline for submitting e-posters is 26 May 2026.
When can I view e-Posters?
- The e-Posters will be uploaded to the Symposium website under a password-protected virtual library and will be available for viewing at any time during and after the Symposium.
- During the Symposium, you can view them from your own computer or mobile devise with an internet connection or use one of the computers located in the Symposium e-poster area at a time convenient to you.
- Every registered participant will receive a password to enter the e-posters virtual library.
How can I meet the presenters and to discuss the posters?
- Symposium attendees can communicate with the poster presenters by sending emails to the presenting author’s address shown on the e-poster presentation.
- Presenters can be emailed during and after the Symposium.
- You can set up a face-to-face meeting with authors in the poster area during the Symposium.
