The participants’ registration fee includes:
– Admission to all scientific sessions
– Access to exhibition and poster areas
– Conference material and name badge
– Digital certificate of participation
– Admission to the opening ceremony
– Admission to the welcome cocktail
– Publication of an abstract in the Book of abstracts (maximum two as presenting author)
– Three free lunches 11th-13th June
– Refreshments during the coffee breaks.

The registration fee does not include tickets for the national dinner. These tickets for € 80 per participant can be purchased along with your registration.

The registration fee does not include insurance. Participants and accompanying persons are requested to make their own arrangements for health and travel insurance.

* The reduced fee applies to:
– Participants who reside and work in a low-income, lower-middle-income or upper-middle income country, according to the World Bank classification: https://datahelpdesk.worldbank.org/knowledgebase/articles/906519.
– Members of the local co-organisers of the symposium.

**The accompanying persons’ registration fee includes:
– Admission to the opening ceremony
– Admission to the welcome cocktail
– A half-day sightseeing tour in Sofia.
The fee does not include access to the scientific sessions.
Registered accompanying persons are welcome to attend the national dinner and other social events at the same rates as the participants.

The name badge issued to you upon registration is required for admission to the meeting and all related events. You are kindly requested to wear your name badge at all times.

Payment methods: Payment must be made in Euro (EUR).
The payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

Credit card payment:
– Payment by debit/credit card via V-POS.
– Types of cards accepted: debit, credit and business cards Visa, Mastercard and bCard.
– For payments with cards issued by Bulgarian banks: only DSK Bank cards will be accepted until 31st December 2025. Cards from all other Bulgarian banks will be accepted from 1st January 2026 onwards.
– Transactions are carried out using the MasterCard Identity Check and VISA Secure security programs.
– We do not store data on bank cards used for payment through the site.
– If it is necessary to return an amount paid by bank card, it will be refunded to the same card.

All bank transfer charges must be paid by the participant.
Bank transfer must be received within the indicated deadline for the selected registration category.

Invoice: On request, an invoice will be issued after the registration fee and a payment have been received.

Registration and cancellation terms
If cancellation request is made before 15th April 2026, the full amount will be refunded minus a bank processing fee. 
If cancellation is made between 16th April 2026 and 15th May 2026, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 16th May 2026.
No refund will be given for unattended events.
Refunds will be issued to the respective credit card or bank account and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.  
It is possible to transfer the registration to another person. There will be no adjustment of the registration fee. Only the personal data (surname, first name, institute, email address) will be adjusted. 
Cancelation or changes must be sent in writing to the following email address:rem2026registration@roentgen-bg.org.
The cancellation or name change will not be effective until a written acknowledgement from the organisers is received.
