Data will be collected and processed by the Roentgen Foundation Bulgaria, registration number 175837824, website https://roentgen-bg.org/bg/nachalo/.

Personal data will be collected for registration as a participant and for payment of the registration fees for participation in the REM2026 Symposium. Data collected during the registration and payment process include the name of the registered participant and their accompanying persons, professional affiliation, address, email address, and phone number. 

We may collect also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string for spam detection purposes.

Collected data will be used for only the purposes of the planning of the REM2026 Symposium, issuing badges, and payment of fees as specified at the Symposium registration page: https://rem2026.roentgen-bg.org/registration/registration-fees/.

The personal information will not be shared with any third party, including commercial vendors and sponsors.

The personal information stored during the registration and payment process will not be used for purposes other than the REM2026 Symposium. 

The personal information will be erased after the Symposium. This does not include any data we are obliged for account keeping, administrative or legal purposes.
